Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing WMSY Studio! Before reserving your project start date, please review the following terms. By completing your booking and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Booking & Deposit
Each WMSY Studio custom logo package is priced at $350 USD, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
A $150 booking deposit is required to reserve your project start date. This deposit is applied toward your total package price, leaving a remaining balance of $200.
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been successfully processed and you receive your booking confirmation.
2. Pricing & Availability
WMSY Studio reserves the right to update package pricing, services, and availability at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future bookings only.
Once your booking is confirmed and your deposit has been received, your package price is locked in at the rate agreed upon at the time of booking. Subsequent pricing changes will not affect your existing reservation.
Any additional services requested outside the original package scope will be quoted separately and require your approval before additional charges are incurred.
3. Reserved Start Date
Your selected booking date represents your project's start date, not an in-person or virtual appointment. No meeting is required.
WMSY Studio accepts a limited number of projects to ensure each design receives the time and attention it deserves.
Your reserved start date holds a place in our creative production schedule. The design process will begin on or after this date, provided all required onboarding materials have been received.
4. Design Agreement & Creative Questionnaire
Following your booking, you will receive a separate design agreement to review and sign.
Once your agreement is signed, you will receive a creative questionnaire to share information about your brand, design preferences, and inspiration.
Both the signed agreement and completed questionnaire are required before design work can begin.
Failure to complete these steps in a timely manner may result in adjustments to your project timeline or a rescheduled start date.
5. Cancellations & Deposit Policy
If you choose to cancel your booking, your $150 booking deposit is intended to be non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The deposit reserves limited availability in WMSY Studio's production schedule and helps account for the anticipated costs and losses associated with a canceled reservation.
Any retained amount will be subject to applicable law, including requirements concerning the reasonableness and enforceability of cancellation charges. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights provided by law.
If you wish to cancel your project, please contact WMSY Studio in writing as soon as possible.
Any additional charges for work already performed will be governed by your signed design agreement and applicable law.
6. Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change!
If you need to move your reserved start date, you may request to reschedule your project, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing before your scheduled start date whenever possible.
An approved reschedule will transfer your existing deposit to your new start date. Rescheduling does not guarantee that your original estimated delivery timeline can be maintained.
7. Cancellations by WMSY Studio
In the unlikely event that WMSY Studio is unable to fulfill your project, you will receive a full refund of all payments made toward the canceled project, including your booking deposit.
You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible if WMSY Studio cannot proceed with your order.
8. Project Timeline
Custom logo and stamp projects typically take approximately 3–4 weeks from the reserved start date.
This is an estimated turnaround time, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, client feedback, revision requests, material availability, and other circumstances affecting production.
Delays in submitting required information, providing feedback, or approving artwork may extend the estimated completion date.
9. Package Inclusions
Your $350 custom logo package includes:

One original, hand-drawn logo concept

Up to two rounds of design revisions

One physical, hand-carved linocut stamp (3"x4")

High-resolution digital logo files in PNG, SVG, and PDF formats
Additional concepts, revisions beyond those included, or services outside the package scope may be quoted separately and will require your approval before additional charges are incurred.
Because each stamp is handmade, natural variations in carving, texture, and stamped impressions are part of the finished artwork's character.
10. Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining $200 balance is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are released.
Digital files will be provided through your private client portal after final payment has been received.
Your physical stamp will be packaged and shipped following payment.
11. Communication & Client Portal
After completing your creative questionnaire, you will receive access to your private WMSY Studio client portal.
The portal will serve as the primary location for project communication, artwork reviews, feedback, approvals, and delivery of digital files.
Clients are responsible for reviewing project communications and providing timely responses to keep their project moving forward.
12. Agreement to Terms
By reserving a start date and paying the required booking deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy.
Your booking is also subject to the separate design agreement provided during onboarding. If the design agreement contains additional project-specific terms, those terms will apply once mutually agreed upon, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
